allergen labeling

You can find the allergen labeling in the breakfast room. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.

If you need a baby cot or an additional bed, please contact our reception desk. Additional fees do apply.

check-in/check-out

Your room is available upon arrival regularly at 2pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of your departure. An early check in or a late check out may be possible if the booking situation allows it. Please contact our reception desk staff beforehand.

hygiene products

You can get various hygiene products upon request at the reception. (tooth brush or pasta, shaver, etc.).

iron & ironing board

If you need an iron and ironing board please ask our staff at the reception desk.

key/keycard

You can take your key with you at any time or you may leave it at the reception desk. Please be aware that the reception desk will be closed at 11pm. If you plan to come it after that, please do take the key with you.

Please do not forget to return the key at check out. The charge for y lost or damaged key is 20€.

minibar

From an ecological and economical viewpoint we decided not have a minibar in your room. Instead we substituted it with a beverage vending machine on the first floor right by the reception desk where you may enjoy ice-cold soft drinks at reasonable prices. You can buy also snacks, beer, sparkling wine and different other wines at the reception desk.

non-allergy bed-linen

Non allergy-linen is standard in all our rooms.

night entrance

With your room key you can always enter the building through the entrance in the back. Therefore you put your key at the black field with the red light at the right side.

non-smoking rooms

We ask you not to smoke in your room. In case of violation we will charge a fee of 120€ for the additional cleaning.

As payment methods we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Maestro and Cash.

pillow-menu

If your pillow is to big/small for you, you can order another one at the reception desk and we will gladly bring it into your room at your convenience.

reception

Our reception desk is occupied at the the following hours:

Monday till Friday: 7am till 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am till 6pm
Exceptions may apply on holidays.

telephone

Since nowadays almost everyone has a cell phone, therefore there is no need for phones in the rooms. If you need to make a call anyhow, you can use our in-house mobile telephone at the reception desk.

television

  1. Turn on the television and switch it to channel 0.
  2. Switch on the receiver (green/orange light must be on). It will take a few seconds before you see the program on the TV.
  3. To switch the channels, please use the remote control for the receiver (buttons CH+ and CH-).

W

water

In every room there is a bottle with “Granderwasser” . If you break or take the bottle with you, a service fee will be applied to you in the amount of 5€.

wifi

In every room and on the hallways we offer free wifi. Use the “free wifi by net365”.
